Provision Of Warranty

Our company, with its high quality products, made by renowned Italian branded companies, is at the top of the customer service pyramid with the assistance of a specialized network of selected installers and other partners.

The vote of confidence in the quality of our products is certified by the provision of multi-year guarantees depending on the installation.

The warranty concerns the boiler whose details are affixed on the warranty form, starting on the day of purchase of the boiler, which is noted in the warranty document and expires after 10-20 years (depending on the type of machine and installation) , and is valid only with the demonstration of it.

The warranty covers the repair of any damage, which is due to a manufacturing defect from the factory or defective material. The only repair is the replacement of the defective part and is done within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays). Off-site technical transfer costs (kilometers) are not covered.

The warranty expires if a fuel other than natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas is used.

The warranty is valid only when the maintenance work is done on an annual basis (according to Government Gazette 25654B / 9-11-2011) by the installer of the device (noted at the top of the warranty) or by the dealership (THERMOLA SA) . Maintenance is certified on the back of the document with the date, stamp and signature of the licensed technician.
