COMBI-TECH® THE REVOLUTION IN HEAT EXCHANGERS

Since 1959 Radiant designs and manufactures in its owners facilities in central Italy the main components of all its products. Technological developments aimed at greater energy efficiency and reliability are 100% guaranteed by the made in Radiant wall-mounted boiler. The COMBI-TECH® condensing exchanger, made by Radiant, has wide cross-section coils from a single INOX Ø 28 mm pipe, thus ensuring higher thermal efficiency, lower heat load losses and ease of maintenance work. 60+ years of experience provide Radiant with the necessary know-how for the design and construction of the heat exchanger with which the condensing boilers of the R 2K RAIN series are equipped. Great Durability.

The use of the INOX exchanger, the copper pipes, the brass fittings of mechanical tightening but also of the individual components of high quality give a homogeneous whole that contributes to the smooth operation of the boiler but also to its durability in the long run.

THE EVOLUTION OF ELECTRONICS, INTEGRATED INTO THE RADIANT PCB

The DIGITECH® SYSTEM displays in the most easy and legible way the temperatures and the operation of the boiler, with big letters and icons. Ability to adjust the desired temperature per degree with great precision for economy. It has the ability to control: external sensors, solar panels, sensors for external boilers, autonomous valves and a number of additional accessories.

Easy to read LCD screen.

The DIGITECH® electronic board has an easy-to-read screen. All information is given in capital letters and icons so that the information is given quickly and easily. The design of the buttons in combination with the color choice of the cover give an even final aesthetic result and make its handling easy.

Self-diagnosis function.

DIGITECH® offers continuous control of the operating parameters and fast identification of possible malfunctions through special fault indication codes. With the built-in memory function, you inform the technician about the latest malfunctions of the boiler, so there is always a picture of its operation.

High Connectivity.

The DIGITECH® electronic board allows us to connect the boiler with a variety of digital accessories to adjust its operation, based on the needs of the installation. Accessories include temperature sensors, wireless or wired room thermostats, with OT +, with Wi-Fi etc.

THE CONSTRUCTION DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

The components of the wall-mounted boiler are in such an arrangement that everything is easily accessible, for their control but also for any repair that occurs, e.g.

-the closed expansion tank is on the side with the valve in front, for easy maintenance.
-the hydraulic connection of the closed expansion tank is at the top so that it can be easily replaced.
-the transformer is not part of the management board, so its replacement is easy, fast and very low cost in contrast to the replacement of the board that has the transformer integrated and is a time consuming and costly process.
-all components are connected with brass fittings resulting in their easy repair.
–the special sound-absorbing hopper helps to reduce noise. all accessories are made from branded high quality materials eg Callefi.

Inox exchanger ø28

EASIER MAINTENANCE: INOX coils with a wide cross-section Ø 28 mm for minimal chances of clogging and consequently fewer maintenance operations. ENERGY SAVING: 1: 9 ratio ideal for optimizing consumption even at minimum power resulting in a significant reduction in operating costs.

Inverter pump

INVERTER PUMP with PWM: Depending on the setting, the circulator increases or decreases the speed / flow of water in the circuit. EXAMPLE: setting Δt at 30 ° C. The adductor sensor detects 60 ° C, the return sensor detects 40 ° C so ΔT = 20 ° C. So Δt must be increased, ie I must reduce the points on return, this is achieved by reducing the speed of the circulator.

Exhaust valve

REVERSE VALVE: “Clapet” for easy connection to central exhaust systems, in accordance with UNI 7129. No additional equipment / cost required to make the connection. TOTAL EXHAUST GAS: After the end of the operation of the boiler, the obtained temperature is trapped in the space of the exchanger and is not released into the environment, we take full advantage of it.
