With the promotion throughout the EU of new directives and laws for environmental protection and sustainable development, systems that used to be installed in special applications with high greenhouse gas emissions, now enter the daily life of factories because in addition to environmental protection they also acquire economic interest by providing great savings in fuel consumption. We were the first to launch Low NOx burners with exhaust gas recirculation in the Greek market. Since 1990, representing INDUSTRIAL COMBUSTION, we have provided LowNOx and Flue gas recirculation (FGR) solutions. Today, with the new European and Greek laws (JM 6164/2018 Government Gazette 1107 / Β / 27-3-18), having many years of experience with the above systems, we are able to install them and support them with the responsibility that stands out to us.
Application examples
DUO-Block burner
Replacement of DUO-Block burner while keeping the existing fan for significant reduction of the cost. In this specific installation we placed a special metal construction for fixing the new technology burner and connecting it with the existing fan.
Industrial burner head
Replacement of industrial combustion head which is supplied with preheated air coming around the perimeter of the combustion hearth. In this particular installation, in order to avoid the design cost of a special burner, a classic DUO-Block burner was used, which was modified appropriately to receive the combustion air perimeter, 360 degrees and not from a fan.
